Sorry I havn't done it myself, but I also want to find out how to remove the front bumper off my TF, I was going to start a new thread but I saw this one here, so no point having 2 threads asking the same thing.
And don't worry Im not trying to hijack your thread  .

Look for all the bolts holding the bumper on, and it is cliped on at a few places, just go through it slowly and don't rush, don't snap any clips! don't lose them either.
Side skirts are held in by screws at the front and rear and in the middle it is held in by scrivets, just yank it the scrivets out (slowly!). it should more or less drop off after that.
you lucky ppl got the VRX kit?

I removed the front bar of my tr. (after running into a VX with a towbar). Undo the screws in the wheel arch nearest the bar, then bend it back slightly to get to some of the screws. It's a pretty easy job, just make sure you don't snap too much stuff. If the bars rooted anyway, try getting a grinder and going sick. hehe, i so wish i did this to the bar. anyone want a front TR bar with a real big dent in the front, PM me or something. ( i think it's still out back somewhere???)
