Hi Guys i have a 99 tf i have noticed recently that when the car is started after being sitting for a while so a few hours it it sounds very rough upon acceleration particulaly light acceleration.

All belts have been checked and all are well within good condition so im not sure what it may be.

I heard somewhere that 3rd gens can be a little rough upon startup?

It has a sports exhaust set up not sure about brand as it was on the car at purchase could this be afactor?

My May 1996 3.0L TE does this when cold under light acceleration. The engine otherwise is great.
