no heat in car
cold air coming out vents
have turned the temp control up to max 32 degrees
hoses going to heater core are hot. so heat is getting to core but not coming into car.
is there a temp switch near core?

Are you sure the heater core hasnt been bypassed?? (ie Heater core broken and previous owner couldnt be bothered fixing it so they just bypassed it)
