Ok, got the same issue with my headlights after some rain yesterday. Who else is experiencing issues like this? It is fairly annoying.

from what they are saying these are not a sealed unit. Following on from that you should be able to undo them and dry them out. A bit of stuffing around I know but should work. I have been thinking about taking a headlight apart to have a look. Blackie prolly has a few sitting around that he could advise on.

Just take the back covers off (round piece of plastic for each light = four of 'em), about 8cm diameter, dead easy to get at & get off, and leave car in the sun with bonnet up.
Maybe a hair dryer on low heat might help, but maybe not worth the risk.
Edit - whoops, missed a vital step.
Remove globes!!
But of course the H4 low beam / high beam combo globes can be a royal PITA to reinstall, as I have discovered many times!

I have the same problem on my Left hand headlight. If I do take the bulbs out and leave my car in the sun will this fix the problem permanently, or am I likely to be doing this on a regular basis.
