Google tells me they're spark plugs - I don't have those in my car, but I'm sure someone has had them in their Magna.
But since platinum plugs only need changing every ?100,000kms? Unless they are compared back to back with other plugs, then I'm pretty sure you'd be comparing old Vs new, which isn't a fair comparison.
And with the V6 Magna's rear plugs being a PITA to change, I'd guess no one has done a back to back comparison in a V6 Magna.

I have put these in several vehicles as well as the AC Delco ones which are very similar however in all cases the owners have told me that the car runs fine. The oldest set would be about 40k old by now.
I have spoken to several meachanics however that have stated at about 60k these will start to break down due to the design. These are mechanics in some cases who swore by champion until they tried NGK for problem cars such as rotaries, some nissans and Magna's and found the life of the plug was far greater and the car performed a lot better at the end of the plugs life
Personally, in my own car, I use standard plugs front and back as for me to change the plugs is only 30 minutes work lol
