Noticed from a few weeks ago that the ac blower cuts in and out and is getting worse. Even when in auto mode, the air flow varies. Don't know if its related but at around the same time I noticed that the ac condensor fan rattles when it starts and stops. Have booked it in for next Tuesday and should be under warranty. I remember someone else on here had a the same problem with the blower cutting in and out. Can't seem to find the post. Anyone know if that has been resolved?

Dropped the car off this morning and got a call just then saying its the air mix motor. Apparently this can also cause the condensor fan to click (which I am very doubtful). They have to order one in so will have to make another booking. Will see if that fixes the condesor fan clicking.

Turns out the problem was to do with the air-mix motor which was replaced under warranty (according to the service guy, it wasn't a big job). This solved the air flow cut problem however the clicking sound by the condensor fan was still present. So, today decided to drop by the same dealer and explained that I was told the air-mix motor replacement would also fix the clicking. Had a tech guy check it out by rotating the LHS fan by hand and noticed that it was making contact with one of the transmission cooler lines. It had remove what looks like 3 to 4 mm of the hose already and just as well I dropped in as it could break any minute. They replaced both hoses with longer ones routed under the battery.

Was that the transmission line that was added when you recently installed the additional trans cooler?

Yes. There were two holes, one above another on the plastic shrouding which the mechanic used to thread the hoses through. However, one of them ever-so-slightly touches the fan blades. The Agostino Mitsu trans tech guy took one look and said that it should be routed under the battery.
