My dad has just bought a 380 (not sure on any details, sorry) but i was wondering how you disable the rest reminder light.
Thanks for the help

I was under the impression it turns off when you switch the car off? Or do you mean disable it completely so it never comes on?

I just ignore it. It stops after a few minutes, or you can pull over for a second. A stop start will reset it.
As I rarely go driving for 2+ hours, I've never given it much thought - but I'd prefer not to disable anything.
There's instructions in the manual to disable it. I forget the sequence of buttons now.
Interesting sidenote: When the rest light is ON, you cannot disable it.
Useless feature.

Just increase the time
I have mine set at 3 hrs and sometimes up to 4hrs
its great little feature
Something that can remind people to stop and revive survive is good road toll in NSW for Xmas is already 4 people 1 day in!!!!!
I think that it is quite useful. When you are on the highway time can get away from you and you get tired without noticing. You see the beep and go "wow its been 2 hrs?" then pull over go for a lil walk, stretch and feel how tired your body really is.
When i drive to the GF's mums place i increase the time as i know its 2.5 hrs and thats fine, but i will be be using it these holidays, i have a few 4 hr drives ahead.

From memory when it is on the display push the up & down together & it cancels it totally, same for the speed alert if you don't want it.
