hey guys i have a magna tr se 1992 and im wondering how to get the lights out as i want to change the bulb on the indicators to the chrome caoted philips one?

You don't need to get the headlights out to change the blinkers. In fact, to get the headlights out you have to first take the blinkers out! Blinkers are just held in with the bit of plastic prong thing, which should have a metal clip/spring on it to try to help keep it in place. Just push in the plastic clip and she should pop straight out.
When the blinkers are out, you'll see two nuts for the headlights, there's another pair on the grille side that you have to remove the grille to get to. Undo the four nuts (or bolts, can't remember which they are) and the headlights come straight out.

PS. Just changing the bulb won't do anything, on the standard indicators there's actually an orange plastic lense inside that you have to get out. Do a search for something along the lines of "clear indicator mod" and you'll find a whole heap of threads on how to do this.
