Get a butter knife, cover it in a thin rag to protect the paint, and push it in under the indicator at the front. Then youll be able to lift it outwards, putting them back in simply push in till it clicks.

if your keen, you can just "grip'n'rip" with your hands....they sorta slide to one direction

Yea Scottie managed to do mine with no tools in light speed... I turned around for one second and they were clear!

I think it's best done with no tools in order to preserve the paint. Even with a rag you could still do damage using a butter knife.

You got some wicked finger nails Paul! Found you needed to get right in to be able to leaver it out.

Butter knife is a hell of a lot thinner and has more reach than the Mitsu recommended way of a flat head screwdriver.

Not discounting your post dude, dont see why it wouldnt work. All it is really for is to push the plastic clip on the opposite side to allow the light to realease.
Just for my reference, can you remember if the rubber seals were nice and "juicy" or pretty dry?? Ones on my TF broke the plastic clip as I pushed it.

If I keep it, the GTV will be getting some in the new yr. Reason Im asking.
