Anyone know what model bulbs for the dome light & door light I need? And how on earth do I replace it does it just pop out?

The interior light / dome light cover, is a bit difficult to get out, but use a small screwdriver with a rag over the end and look for the tabs to insert and GENTLY twist there.
Once on of the clips has been released the rest come out nice and easy.

The wattage for the buld will be in your owners hand book - but from the top of my head, i THINK its a 5volt 8watter or similar - for the main interior light (not the map lights)
I couldnt find the required wattage, so I put a 10Watter in there - its nice and bright!

When looking, i took the old busted bulb into the auto stores with me - and size matched them when i knew what values to look for.

I dont use the main interior light - plenty of light is given off by the footwells and the C pillar lights when entering the car at night IMO, so im not overly concerned about an over wattage bulb being in there for the moment.
