I'm trying to work out if it's worth it to install front power windows in my TS magna
What parts do I need and roughly how much will it cost ?
I tried searching (maybe not well enough)

Cost? mate cost me $250 about 3 years ago for 4 regs, 4 wiring looms, and all the door cards. then again they took it all out and made sure they were all nice cards etc.
Id expect to pay about $180 ish nowadays for a whole conversion.
You need the regulator
Door trim
AND the little metal bracket that goes under the arm rest (attaches to metal frame of door under door card)
besides that, you'll need to wire it in yourself, which is a piece of piss

Like above, it's nto hard
depending on how pedantic you are, you could transplant the ENTIRE looms and have it all factory. otherwise wiring it in yourself is pretty easy if you know what ou're doing.
I paid $150 for 4 complete doors for my conversion. took me two days relaxed install...

Its a wild shot, but does anyone in Brisbane or Sunshine Caost have the parts forsale ?
All the wreckers I have tried up hear are shut for holidays :(
just put aftermarket front electric windows in my tr. its not as neat as genuine but does the job, kit cost $50 brand new off some guy on the nissan silvia forum. then my mechanic put them in cost $150. they work quite good as well.

Why do that when you can go genuine? Going aftermarket for me is only an option when every single magna/sigma/diamante that ever came out has been burned down and no other options are available
So its an option, But I would be putting that on the bottom of my list.
I mean then your going to have to block off the window winder hole aswell.....eh....its halfassed.
like i said its not as good as genuine but thats all the money i had at the time. it will do me for a while .
