Tf leaking yellowish fluid, I *think* it is oil but I'm not 100% certain. I have only just noticed it since getting it back from the mechanic NYE. I checked the oil level and it's pretty darn close to min (to be honest i think i've checked it once since September when I bought the thing!) It's not dripping though.. Just yellow spots on the driveway about 30/40cm from the front.

well if there is spots on the driveway and its oil level is allmost at minimal, then its a good chance that its engine oil.
check the useral spots for leaking, such as rocker cover gaskets, sump pan, and the cam shaft cover thing( i cant remember its name).
fill it back up with oil, use a rag to clean up any wet spots or grimey spots, and monitor to find the culprite

If you know how to check the oil then power steering is the same
The bottle is next to the washer bottle, twist the lid then check level

Yellow is PS fluid
Best bet, clean the engine at your local car clean rip off joint,
Get some butchers paper, put under car overnight, notice exactly where it is coming from and trace up engine

Not always, mine was red when I got the car and all the aftermarket replacements Ive used have been red also.

That is because a previous owner has replaced it. Out of the factory it is a yellowish colour
