just had a look at the repair manual
etacs is mentioned on nearly every wiring diagram

there were models without etacs

but with etacs fitted it is wired into many componets
would take ages to figure how to bypass every unit

1995 se magna will not start , etacs has shut down ,cant find any one who knows any thing about it.

Why not replace the ETACS unit mate?

if you have the repair manual
it shows you the whole setup
relays, the main unit , all the layouts in some detail

manual says etacs connected to horn,lights,key,door locks,
inhibitor switch

a guess only
could the engine management unit be faulty ?
