Is a 2nd gens 4cyl auto gearbox same as a 6cyl???

No. Different bellhousing for starters, not sure what is different internally (Diff I'd assume for one)

No. it's a different gearbox with a different wiring loom. this has been covered before, try the search button. theyre different part numbers:)
