Hello again guys,
Getting all the little hiccups sorted with the Verada I bought last week - but with the rain last night I
switched on the wipers and man were they slow................fast speed was still slower than my old TR's low speed.
Question - has anyone (or is it possible to) pull the wiper motor apart and give the gears a clean and re-lube?
Or do I just hunt down a wrecker for another motor. Did change the blades, but made no appreciable difference.
I know the car was hardly used over the last year, the old blades were stuck to the windscreen.

How slow is slow?
The Ke's to KH's do have slow wiper motors. The KJ's onwards had a faster wiper motor in them.

how much do TJ wiper motors go for at the wreckers? interchangeable?

If the TJ motors will interchange, I'll spring for one of them - price should be around $50 from a wrecker.
Anybody know??
