Hey all,

I did a search, but no luck. I wanted to run a thin cable from the footwell of drivers side to directly underneath of the car, obviously hiding the wire. I have found a little double grommit underneath the car which i removed.

I have also found a grommit in the footwell (behind pedals), which i removed but they dont seem to be connected. Ive also removed this square of tape of the right side of the footwell which appears to join up, but again it doesnt. I tried numerous times to fit the wire through both, but i cant get it to come out the bottom.

So my question, where is the other end of the grommit hole on the underneath of the car? A photo would be much appreciated :D

PS - my car is a TL if that makes any difference

First question is what wire do you wish to run under the car that can not be run internally through either side where the cars harness runs through a plastic chanel

The only way to get external to the car is to either drill a hole (would not recommend) or go out through the fire wall in a pre existing grommet and go under from there. The gromets you show do not connect inside the car , there is a large plate under the floor which you can not access internally

i just wanted to hook up a led strip under the drivers side of the car (the wire for its only like 1/4 of a cm thick)

Ok that makes sense. I already have a thick amp cable running through a grommit in the firewall. So i would have to run this cable through there as well then run it down and backwards underneath the car?
