Just unsure as to how the rotors come off. Any info would be great. I do have a manual for it, but someone has borrowed it.

looks like a circlip holding it in there.

yeah circlip in there undo that. then tap the alloy ring off with a hammer (can tell if you have removed the 12mm nuts and collets off it by the pics. Once the alloy ring is removed you will see 2 big locking nuts, there is a plate thats bent over on the nut, bend it back straight, then if you havent got the big socket for the nut undo it with a chisel tapping it lightly, remove the nut and the plate, remove the last nut the same way as the first. Then the rotor will come off.

Make sure however when you are putting it back together, the bearings are ful of grease and that you get the peload on the bearing correct.

thx guys. At about lunch time i managed to figure it out. There were what looked like washers there, but turns out they are some sort of v shaped rings, which were making it very difficult. Now that i know about them it should only take about an hour to do the other side. The top king pin bearing had totally disintegrated. Had to degrease the whole thing and repack it. Very messy. lol
