just wondering if anyone can help me tell which solenoid is which?

one has the in/out sorta like an "L" the other has them side by side, like an "="..

haven't a clue which parts you are trying to fix

are these the little black things with vaccume hoses on the firewall ?

there is a fuel pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail on the EFI

or maybe can you get a picture up using photo posting sight
