Can someone confirm that the Wavetrac 79.309.180WK LSD for the Eclipse V6 GT will fit the 380 manual gearbox?

Drag racers prefer the 5sp's as for DRing with a 6sp you have to do another gear change = lost time.

Are you looking at these diffs/gearboxes for speed & strength (for track work or 1/4 mile) or fuel economy (higher gear for cruising on freeways)?

im looking definately for the economy, cos i do a lot of highway... i know the 6speed is the same size gearbox with more in it...

I've been monitoring the 9G site in the US & they say the 6 speed has a much smaller input shaft & is therefore weaker & they tend to stick with the 5 speeds.

yeah ive been on one that says the same... i dont see me breaking one nonetheless...

Couldnt imagine it would hugely beneficial cost wise. Better off getting a SKR tune as that seems to help economy fairly well. For the price is more cost effective as well

Dont wanna spam this too much off topic but for the price just put it on Injected LPG....it'll cost you like $5 every 100k's....cant beat that for economy (+SKR tune)
