if you crash and you have the wrong tyres on it, and they were out on by a ture shop, the tyre shop is in a whole world of shit.
also, interesting that te-tf has a 95 load rating (came out with bridgestone re92 tyres) and th - tj2 has a load ratin of 94, event though they are heavier.

245/40R19 will rub like a bitch at the front and whack the guards on reasonable bumps (been there, done that).
245/40R19 will not clear rear upper control arms (been there, done that - 19x8.5" +42 - 5mm spacer didn't cover it either)
245/35R19 will be fine at both ends.

You mean a minimum load rating of car is 95. You can get 245/35R19 tyres with the XL designation which has load ratings in excess of 95. These will cost a bit more though.

What width are your rims?
I'd suggest you check the SA road laws for the tyre/rim rules, such as load ratings, tyre width and overall diameter rules.
Then go play using the rim/tyre size calculator at: http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp

Unfortunately most of the XL's in the profiles he's looking at are only 93 load rating.
A 245/40/19 can fit in the front, especially with the offset that the Flares have, (+35), with some modification of the inner guard.
Will the rears fit, however?
Why don't you ask the tyre shop to do a trial fitment for you?

Mitsi revised the load rating when the big tyre manifacturers started bringing out 205/65r15's as 94 load (caused a big stink through the industry) so as you only need a 94 load on a magna.
BUT I run the 93 load with no problems as do most of us with 19's. My insurance is aware of this and choose to still cover me.
If you want to test fit some 245/35r19's I have some old ones I have taken off mine, just call me at work.

How old are they? What kind of condition and how many? Don't suppose you could give me some rough prices? Please....?

I have 4 - 2 came off my car and are bearly above the wear indicator - 2 came off a customers car and are a little edge worn, neither will last long, but will be enough to make sure you have no rubbing issues or anything like that.
As for price, well they will be free if my boss isn't there.
Sorry for taking so long to reply, haven't had a chance to get on
