So I downloaded a workshop manual today, has a lot of pictures and surprisingly light on descriptions.

I am trying to find out what the plug is beside the auto shift cable inside the console, is it something to do with a mobile phone installation?

Yeah it's for a mobile phone car kit. Do a search, you can use the wires as a power source if you want to mod something in.

yep its for the bluetooth kit im pretty sure, theres a plug harness, one is ACC power one is Constant another is mute for stereo and cant remember the other...
