My car went in for a service and apparently the front engine mount is starting to crack and split around. they've quoted me $287 i was wondering, am i getting ripped off for the price? is it better to either buy an engine mount and get them to install it so all i am paying for is labour or is the job pretty easy to do myself in which i could save in labour costs?

Pretty sure megatron on these forums still sells them at around $110. If it's just the front one it's easy enough to do yourself.
