Bit of an unusual one have a mate with an Altera has the key in the boot and its stuck...has tried most thing even removing the lock mechanism.

Any thoughts ? or will he just use it as a permanent feature.

Tumblers in the barrel may have siezed, tried using some WD 40?

yeah mine did that, some Wd40
and replaced the lock, well doesnt matter anymore now thats been shaved
