I have some leather seats for my Magna TL, would someone know if its a straight pull off old seats and put on new ones, or is it slightly more complicated? Also, is it possible to get the leather seats dyed a different colour?

Yes you can dye the colour.

I just put KW seats into my TJ. And on my old car I put TJ ones into my TF. If that's any indication for you, they all had/have the same mounts.
