View Full Version : Will Doors from a "TE" fit a "TJ" ????

Hey all,

Just need to know if the doors off a 1996 TE sedan will fit 2002 TJ sedan/wagon???

The only cosmetic differences between a TE and a TJ are Bonnet, front bar, boot and tail lights. Every panel basically is interchangeable from TE-TJ.

On the wagon, sedan rear door windows will need to be changed with the wagon ones however

For example, a TJ VR-X bodykit will fit on a KE TE/F or H series Magna or Verada. The VRX bodykit replaces the front and rear bumpers, and adds side skirts and wheel arches. Doors from the TL and TW may also fit a TJ or earlier.

A VRX kit will not fit on a TE or TF, without the addition of a TH or TJ front bumper. Also the VRX kit will not fit on any verada as the bumpers are a different size and style.
