Hi I managed to get a set of 17" rims from a 380 sports.

Just wondering would they fit and roughly how much for tyres as rubber on them is well shot

They will fit.

Depends what sort of tyres you want. You can probably get anything from some terrible Chinese brand like Cheng Chang for $90 a corner, or some Yoko AD08's or similar for around $400 a corner.
