hey guys just wondering if u can offer any advise, my hazard lights arnt working at all, its not the flasher unit cos the indicators still work but when u press the hazzard button in the indicators dont work, i checked the fuse and it not blown either wot do u guys think?

is the button fully connected and touching the connections on the other side?
try pulling the botton off and having a looksee, it could be disconnected at the back. Mine did but i had pulled hte facia around it off and didn't connect it right. try that :)
search if your not sure how to pull the black plastic off around the headunit, its real easy tho

if that plug isnt connected your indicators wont work either

What he said.. Does the switch feel like it working ok..? Maybe a faulty switch.:)
silly question, but when you've tried to turn them on, was the car in the "on" position?
Its just that i remember with my old magna (not sure about this one) you needed to be in the "on" position to turn them on, and then you could turn the car off and take out the key and then they would stay on. If you get me...

Your old car sounds odd, I've never seen a car that had to be turned on to make the hazards work, kinda defeats the purpose in some circumstances.

I have a similar problem in my TE. Indicators work, remote unlock/lock will make hazard relay click but no lights, hazards don't work but if the button is left on it disables the indicators. Fuses were okay, replaced the button and swapped relays.
I guessed the replacement hazard button may have been faulty or the flasher has a different circuit for the hazards.
