i have a 92 tr se magna wag and i want to turbo it whats a motor that will drop straight in with not to much hassles?

Think the best option is to just turbo your current engine mate. This still requires quite a bit of time and effort (And money!)

Old school 4G63T from an early 90's model Galant or Evo 3 has been done before.

Evo half cut is the easiest option and has been done before other wise your going to look at getting custom stuff if you were to turbo the 2.6 like my old TR. the 3.0 v6 you might be able to get some parts ex US (speak to tuff tr) but I would think a set of custom engine mounts for a 4G63 would be the easiest option for you! There was also a member from WA who did a REAR mount turbo setup, cost him around 8,000 I think but was loosing alot of boost to the engine with the setup!

how big is your wallet. if you dont have $10K to spend, shut the thread. cause it wont be done properly for under that amount

Putting a turbo in an 18 year old car is NOT a very good use of money! Think of all the engineering hassles required to get it certified as roadworthy. Even as an off-roader, used only on private property, you would spend heaps of time and money fixing bits that break.

$5k buying an old S13 Silvia K's or 180SX would be better value.
