My bearing on the compressor is rooted and need to know a quik fix. Can you get a shorter belt so I can take the compressor out all together or is the pully setup different with the non-air con models. ??

pretty sure all magnas came with aircon. better off getting the parts/repairer organised, and then get it done. your car should be off the road for a day

Just remember to unbolt this unit from the block as its a) dangerous to inhale the gas and b) big fines if you get caught. From memory its like 4 bolts to drop the compressor off but will still have the lines hooked up. Look for a Pick-A-Part / U-Pull-It and take one off a wreck?

Take it to an aircon place, most will charge little or even nothing to correctly evacuate the system
