centre horn pad just pulls out. big nut in centre loosen that riggle the steering wheel till wheel comes loose, undo nut and wheel will come off.

Big emphasis on not removing the centre nut until the wheel's loose - just back it off -the wheel will probably take a lot of force and wriggling to free it, then it'll just fly off, hence the nut needs to stay in place to prevent your face wearing the steering wheel.
