anyone know where I can download a TF workshop manual?
Also which wreck in VIC i should go for TF parts?

The workshop manual I downloaded was TH through to TL/KL and the file was 124Mb and was called magnaworkshop.iso so google it, that is how found it. It must be some use to you for your TF.

The TH manual will tell you most of what you will need, the main difference being the immob v's BEM system differences in the electrics

What TF parts are you after, I may well have what you need here
