I need to replace suspension anyway coz it f'ed can anyone recommend shocks and springs that would give a firmer ride, reduce body roll, and lower the beast, as always, 91 TR Exec auto 4 cyl
also consider cheaper pricing, and pics if possible

King springs would be the way to go, but you may need to replace your shock absorbers as well.
MAGNA TR TS SEDAN
King Spring Lows Front- Part# KCFL-42
King Springs Lows Rear- Part# KCRL-20
You are looking at about $320.50 delivered from this ebay seller http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Mitsubishi-Magna-TR-TS-Sdn-1991-97-Lowered-King-Springs_W0QQitemZ200442833914QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU _Car_Parts_Accessories?hash=item2eab52ebfa
I highly recommend this seller, this is the guy I bought the king springs for the 380 from.

For me.. I just replaced the shocks only as they were really the buggered part (left springs as is)... BIIG difference. :) So if you want to go budget do the shocks first.

I can gaurantee you 90% of 2nd gen magna owners have not replaced there struts as part of regular maintenance. I know my parents never changed the struts in the 220xxxkm's it did.
I would go with KYB struts, and Kings or lovells springs. I'm on KYB's with superlows up front and compressed lows in the rear (soon to be another inch lower)
Also make sure you do your bumpstops ($25 each from pedders not sure of anywhere cheaper) and check under the car while everything is dis-assembled and replace parts as necessary, saves labor later on. i.e. P/S Rack boots, Tie rod ends, CV boots etc.
Expect to pay (if you do your RESEARCH you WILL find them this cheap) Around $110 a set per springs and about the same per shock absorber. so for 4 x springs and 4 x brand new shocks look in the $660 region.
