Quick wheel question. Looking at new rims and just need to confirm a few things. Firstly our pcd is 114.3? So I'm assuming only wheels with the same stud pattern will actually fit?

Secondly rim size - 18x8 will fit (just) with no rubbing?

And thirdly offset - anywhere between +35 and +45 will be fine?

18x8" will fit with no rubbing.

And anywhere between +35 and +45 should be fine. It really depends on how much you lower your car too. If it's quite low, then go for a higher offset (+45). My fronts scrape the guard on tight corners, but the offset is around +31 and it's pretty low too.
