looking to sell my TW VRX leather wheel,and a purchaser has a TE with no airbags,will this wheel bolt on to his vehicle with his horn pad fine?

Yeah mate it should. I've got a TJ Ralliart MOMO Wheel in the TR/ Bolted up no worries at all.
