The box in my TF Sports was dying.. Flaring between changes with really rough changes.. So I gave it a flush and reset the ecu.. No luck!

So I bought a KH Xi box from FEeky and got it fitted.. Only started driving it now coz I've been working on my MR2 and it seems 2nd gear is alot longer as is 4th.. Normally I'd sit at 2200 in 4th @ 100km/h, now it sits at 2000 neat.. Does this mean I should get better mileage and fuel economy..?

Hey dude, AFAIK its actually the Diff thats different (3.0 vs 3.5) - You *should* get better eco at lower RPMs however it will be a little slower then before.

She seems to kick a little harder than before as it pulls through.. Especially 2nd when it gets past 3500..
