Hey guys
Noticed the other day that not only is my roof lining starting to come away from the roof moulding (if that what its called) but he roof mould itself seems to be detatching from the roof aswell. Especially around where it meets the front and rear windows.
Wondering what people do/use to fix this.
Thanks

i am contemplating the same thing, except just my roof lining is coming away its only in a small spot about 100mm diameter, i was thinking about going to the chemist/doctors surgery and asking for a suringe and inject some glue, but i feel a little uneasy asking for it, so maybe ill get the misses to do it...lol

Take it too an auto trimmer, they'll probably charge about 100-130 bucks to re-trim the fabric for you, will be good as new.
Alternatively, DIY - just purchase your desired fabric from spotlight or an auto-trimmers store, get some decent glue from Bunnings, away you go.
Not entirely sure what you are referring too when you say 'roof mould' - I'm guessing you're talking about the card-board like part of the head-liner (i.e. what's beneath the fabric) - there are numerous clips which hold this in place - if a specific area is loose, the clip may be broken/damaged/not put in correctly, try pushing on it firmly to re-clip, if not you may need to remove the headliner to check further (this obviously needs to be done if you're re-trimming the headliner anyway, so could be rectified then.
Cheers,
Ben.

My lining has just decided to come down and is being held in place by the interior light. Makes me look taller though...

When you no longer can see out of the rear screen with the interior mirror, and your rear seat passengers appear headless, it is time to do something about it. Do a search !!!!! It really, really is an easy job!

mines been ****ed since i bought the car, when i have spiked hair, it rubs on the roof, and theres a visible section of the material now where you can see white hair product residue.

it may be tha the carton (im pretty sure the 2G's use carton) is separating. in this case you'll need another roof mould. cant be too expensive mate. best thing is to remove it and retrim it if the carton isnt damaged.
