Hey guys

Looing though the Alpine Cat i started to notice the swing decks, does any one have swing decks if so are they worth upgrading to ??

The one i am looking at upgrading to after i sell my monitor is the CDA - 9831

We sell hundreds of them. What exactly did you want to know about? Speed of loading? Sound quality? Lighting? Ease of Use? Internal amplifier? :)

i have 1 of the older model CDA-7892E swing face units.... its brillant... for the price i payed.
the tilt face on it is great... u can adjust the tilt so it stops glare so u can read the screen during the day if mounted on a bad angle (mines at the bottom of my console)..... Chicks dig the screen folding down by itself too :D

The only thing i have to say about it is..... watch dirt roads.... i've gotten dirt in the gears and it squeaks as it opens and closes.

I have a CDA-7998R and I have no regrets (However a screen would be nice)

The CDA-7998R is going a bit overboard unless you are after a highly tunable hu (Which is alot of fun). SQ is superb. 2 thumbs up!
