Hey guys
does anyone know where the Horn Relay is for a TR (Executive)?

My horn isn't working, checked most things but can't find where the silly relay is. I even checked the Owner's Manual... and can't seem to work out where it is (because of codes like <SRS> etc.

cheers,
tuney

Well I had a look in my car and for the standed version it doesn't look I have a horn relay. I reckon that you use volt meter and check the voltage at the horn while pushing horn button. It might not have a relay due horn is not using so little current, and is a prety useless horn anyway.

my fuse is fine, there is resistance in the horn... hmmmm
wonder why it's not working.

Alright if you have 12 volt at the horn, horn has hadded. If you don't have 12 volt there, it could be the relay if has one or the horn switch is faulty. I will look at the wiring diagram and work out if it has a relay. I will post what I find out.

Alright I check my manual I need to know if your car has airbags, because if you have air bags you have a horn relay. If you don't have air bags then you have no relay for the horn. If your car has airbag your horn relay is under the radio area and you will need to remove the center console and radio surround to get to it. If you have no air bag, all you got to follow my advice in last post. If all else fails, PM me, if you live local to me I might be able to pop round have a look at your car. :)

That alright, I figure out what I have to do to install a air horn to my car.
