Was looking at this listing on Ebay and wanted to know if this Part #7092 BKR6EGP is a standard platinum plug or something a little different.

Its 1 "cooler" than standard. These suit my improved 3.8 but i'm not sure about 3.5.
The # 6 in that part # is the heat range....standard magna would be a 5.
Check out NGK's website to make sure.

BKR6E-II is standard for 1998 and earlier, BKR5E-11 is 99 on. They are the non platinum. PFR6G-II are the standard platinums for 98 and earlier. PFR5J-II are the for 99 and later.

So basically the BKR6E-II and PFR6G-II are for the 3.0L's and the BKR5E-II and PFR5J-II are for the 3.5L? Weren't there some 3.0L still in 99, 2000 etc?

No, They apply to both engines, just before or after 99. may have something to do with tune differences ie 147-153 etc

I n 3.5 and 3.8 fit MN119942, front and back bank, you wont destroy your leads with platinums creating excess resistance, last 100,000 ks and there $7 bucks odd each.

I've got 18 of these NGK BKR6E-II Mitsubishi branded OE ones in boxes I had bought for my TJ and TL. From what has been said above these would suit stock 1998 and earlier and 1999 and later 3rd gen Gas or modified engines with cams etc. I cant see myself using them all as I have Bosch F1-6 FGR7DQI Platimum Fusion and NGK Iridiums fitted recently.
Anyone know what they are worth as I may offload them soon.
