Kings super lows in the front, kings lows in the rear.

This will make it low but legal. :-)

Just Kings Lows would be fine.. I believe..

Redav has them on his car with KYB Dampeners and yeah.. Haven't ridden in it.. but it seems to sit nicer now!

isnt superlows illegal or is that just superlows for the rear?

My Kings are too soft at the back, am upgrading to Pedders heavy duty sports ryder springs. Not as low as King lows, but still lower than stock - and I can carry a load or tow.

Greetings All.

Im hoping to get Kings Lows @ Rear, Kings Super Lows @ Front and Monroe GT Gas shocks. The harder shocks, with the softer springs. Im hoping it will ride like i want it too.

Cheers,

Get Kings lows all round.. If you dont want to change your ride quality that is.

For me. I prefer hard shocks :)

what are thoughts on reconditioning and gassing the stock shock absorbers at a suspension place? cheaper than getting new shocks, but u get the same effect (sort of).

i mean, springs would be, what 200~220 all round, and shock recon is what, 80, 90 per corner. thats sorta cheap isn't it?

I've got a KH wagon and lowered it with Pedders about 30mm. The suspension became so noisy with banging and clunking from the springs. Was the coils slapping (touching)eachother. Pedders wouldn't/couldn't do anything to fix it.
Got rid of them and put Kings all round lowering by about the same (30mm) Dead quiet now with no noise at all. The back only has 1 lowering stage being approx 30mm while the front has 2 being 30mm and i think 50mm. Go the 30mm to keep it the same all round. Looks perfect that way. It does get a little firmer but you get that when lowering. The wagons are fairly bouncy (firm) in the rear when you lower them because they arn't IRS and also the spring travel is about half that of a sedan leaving less room for play.

I never really noticed a drop in ride quality when I put superlows at the front and lows at the rear in my old 2.4 TE. Seriously I was expecting it to ride like hell but it drove and handled supurbly.
