Okay what exactly are you asking?
Just taking the intake manifold off will be 5 bolts and 2 nuts either ends, and 3-4 12mm bolts behind the intake on brackets. you can leave the throttle body there, Dont have to take it off as then you have coolant everywhere.

Or do you want to SPLIT the intake manifold into 3? This can be done by removing all the allen key bolts, then on some carpet, drop it a few times, the sudden jolts should split the manifold in two. To crack the rear half in half again, stick the TB opening in a vice, and open the vice up, slowly cracking the two sides open. That should now be split in 3.

the lower one? there is the 8 nuts that holds it on and there MAY be one on the timing belt side. Cannot remember if this is the case. Make sure you drain your coolant out as that lower manifold is the "cap" for some coolant passages. So if you dont drain it it'll fill all 6cyl's. I've done it before lol

check the timing belt side to make sure the manifold doesnt have any bolts coming in from the timing belt side. I know 3rd gens and dohc's are like this. other then that mate all i can say is to download the tech manual in the tech section. sorry champ.
