Greetings All.

What are they? What do they do?

Cheers,

they are plates that are designed to allow you to change your camber or caster angles. They are bolted on the strut towers.

Greetings All.

Thanks for the responce white devil. But...im not exactly a suspension expert...so im a little unsure of what a camber/caster is...Elaborate whitedevil... :D
Anyone else?

I thought all the Magna needed was a bolt of sorts? That's what Whiteline provides, there's no plates involved.

yeah the camber bolts allow for a small change in settings, but I'd imagine the plates would allow for greater changes, while also allowing caster changes, wich also helps cornering allot(with slight increase in steering effort required in cornering) :D

There's a few ways to change your camber/caster, with one of those bolts you can buy for like $20 to change your camber by +- 1 or 2 degrees, it only changes the angle at which the wheel knuckle is bolted onto the strut, this will be fine, but because of the simplicity of this design, you have increased the forces on the two knuckle bolts, especially the lower one, over time, they will wear. A way to even out the forces is to change the whole camber angle of the strut, by doing so, you distribute the forces evenly and hence should result in longer life of the components.
You can not change caster angles using that bolt either, caster is how much the strut will angle forward or backwards, so only way is with the plate.
Hope that's clear, Tonba?
