Yeah, they are hard......... too difficult to remove....
Could there be only one.....Clicky (http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee217/SH00T/1DialBest.jpg)
It looks better now, the RPM and KMP/H text are fixed.

No worries. I shall organise some pics. The climate backlight does have bulbs but they are not replaceable in the little socket things. I wouldnt mind blue to match the HU.

TJ2 TL/TW Blue Console Light Modification.

This looks a bit wierd, but the results are often better than TJ S1 and earlier as their are no bright blotches any where.
The key was the right product. After a series of tests, the right product was laser printable Over head projector film. Photocopied a light blue page so I had light blue film as the end product.
This took a lot of trial and error.

Leave lots of space around the tacho and speed needles, It must be done in two halves as to twist the pieces in around the needles. Keep clear of the needles, its easy to jam them.
It is secured by the large tabs with tape.....;)
Tape little tabs, that slide up from the bottom to cover the RPM and KMP/H.
You will lose a lot of the brightness, and you will have turned up full all the time if you do as I have done here.
At least I was the only one for while............................................. .................................................. ............

Tippys were T10 I believe, just the standard mod. And the climate with the leftover material.
