Im looking at changing the interior, starting to look a bit dull,

will TL Vrx carpet, doorcards, and other plastics fit,

and did TL VRX come out with leather seats, or only the verada..

Yes leather was an option in the VRX. But it is the same pattern as the std seat trim where as the Verada had a more comfort biased padding design. The Verada (KL/W) seats will fit a TL and from memory there are 3 colours that were available. Beige, grey and black.

I have heard that the rails are different but haven't tried it myself so can't confirm for 100%.

Anything from any TL/KL will fit your car, regardless of whether it's AWD or not. Only the carpet in the AWD is different.
