Hey guys. So, i just got my sideskirts back from the painter, looking awesome.

So far ive been able to work out how to fit the skirts but my problem is, the thin verticle part that goes up into the back wheel arch has nothing to mount to. The rest of the kit is fine, but there does seem to be a hole for it to mount to something. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

Cheers,

Sean

iirc it screws into the wheel arch, there is a bracket type thing that should have been with the install kit, this is used as the anchor point, skirt screws into this? I will go look at mine, see what i did

where the hole is in the skirt, there should be a corresponding hole in the lip of the wheel arch??

When i bought the skirts, i bought them via someone who lived in SA who got them from the clearance place. So it seems as though they didnt come with the fitting kit.... Looks like ill have to call up Mitsu and see what they can do

dont worry about it, just screw them straight into the front of the rear arches

wiggles, you got fitting instructions?? I got mine in the garage somewhere, could rustle them up. From memory when fitted, they line up with a blank hole, you need to get a thread there, hence the bracket set up

Wiggles, come over here at some stage bud and have a look at my car, you do need the fitting clips BUT they are not complicated to make and once you have seen the ones on my car you will see what I mean
