hey i'v got a tow bar from the wreckers and i'm just wondering about its install to i have to remove my muffler and the plate behind it or wat ?? any help wood be great or if theres a diy sum one could link me to thanks :facejump:

The bolt holes are already there, Just undo the rear muffler and heat sheild and bolt up the towbar, Put everything back in place job done 40 minute job alone

Doesn't the rear bar need to come off too? Or is that more specific to the 'radas?

I put mine on (TJ) without taking the bar off. The muffler is held in place with rubber rings, I just unhooked the rubber rings which allowed the muffler to drop far enough out of the way for the towbar to slip up behind it. It helps to have a mate to hold the thing up in position while you get the bolts started. The factory wiring harness from Mitsubishi wasn't that expensive ($50) and was dead easy to fit
