Thinking of replacing the drivers seat on my TH Magna Solara ( a large tele tubby owned it before me)

Does the Data Plate give any indication of the cloth type/check/colour pattern.

it should give the interior colour, and for this the trim, check out the TH brochures. I have a copy of the Paint and trim card for the Th, and combinations were, Exec: Diablo, Avance: Sierra, Altera LS: Monaco, Sports: Spectra, though my LE Exec had a different trim option, so you may find it hard to match the exact trim from wreckers. I went the option of a complete VR interior from a TL which I got for $250.
