if you are changing the rocker cover gaskets, get the spark plug tube seals done too

May be a little early, but might be a good idea to do the timing belt too.... Was it changed at 100k?

Cam belt can wait until 200,000 unless it wasn't done at 100,000. Check service records if you have them. If in doubt change as soon as possible. Do a search to find the correct way to do the trans fluid. Steering fluid might need changing too if its dark.

i dont have any books with it but i did inspect it and it does have a date on it of 16 months ago. How offten are they required to be changed? and yeah changed the spark plug tube washers ( the half that was there :S ) does the inlet manifold have a gasket or does it just have the glue??

Back on topic,
The inlet gasket is a metal gasket so as long as it has not been bent, does not need replacing. DO NOT USE gue or a paper gasket

I recommend doing the power steering fluid the same time as the transmission fluid. On the little dipstick it may look reddish, but if you put it in a container I guarantee it won't be a nice transparent red transmission fluid colour (its not quite transmission fluid in most cars, don't just use transmission fluid in it). In most cases its completely neglected and you'll find its more brownish and reddish which indicates a definite need for a flush. Its one of the easiest service items to do yourself which will save you some money!
Radiator fluid should also be replaced if you don't know how old it is. Coolant shouldn't be any more than a couple of years old. In alloy engines like most newer cars you can't just look at the colour, time is a very important factor. Since its not an iron block you won't get the brown rush in the coolant, instead you get aluminium oxide which you can't really see! After changing out the fluid, ensure you're running at least a 25 percent solution of a good coolant. I release you don't need antifreeze may not be so much of an issue where you are, but its good practice to use, you might travel in a years time afterall! A good antifreeze, antiboil, anticorrosive can't hurt, and ideally have it at a 33-50 percent ratio (25 is the minimum, 50 the max). Note a lot of premix coolants are below the 25 percent threshold, the stronger mixes aren't much more expensive but they do have to satisfy the cheap guys!
