Good question?? But why would you? The AWD tank is slightly smaller in capacity 68 litres vs 72 litres. Also I think there may be other issues as the AWD tank has a little pump to keep both sides level (I think) hence electical parts. Also the AWD chassis is different, may present other issues in mounting.
The AWD tank is 70 litres and the bump is over the tail shaft. Its doable with extra work but why?

The pump is mechanical, not electrical for starters
i do not think it will go in and around the rear sub frame of the sedan
I assume you are having issues with your current tank and have an AWD one avail. I would look around for a sedan one, I have several here but sadly you are in NSW lol

why because i wont to run the exhaust system straight out the back with less tight bends as possible bends and i dont have one yet when you say its doable do u know wats involved
You do realise that the AWD tunnel is wider and deeper which means the AWD tank may not fit under the FWD tunnel. Here (http://www.allisons.org/ll/4/2003/magna.jpg)is a link to a picture of an AWD showing the black split tank towards the bottom of the pic. I gather you want to run the exhaust straight to the back and under the rear axel centre join rather than turning right and going over the rear axel.
