I know this might be best in the Audio department but was looking for a quick reply.

Can anyone confirm that the basic 3rd gen stock head unit is powered by it's own seperate amp? Or does it have its own amp built into the stock head unit?
I tried to have a look for a seperate amp in my 3rd gen but couldn't find one. Just wanting to confirm this.
